De-coiler is useful to load raw material coil on arm-stand which is hold the raw
material (Coil) and loop area will store the raw material before forming process. Decoiler
will collapse & expands arms (Jaws) to hold tightly coil (sheet) and also
unwinding for smooth process of forming line.
